Sometimes you might have "stuck" notes in "in progress" section with status "receiving", "recording", "interrupted" or "pending". These are temporary problems while we're stabilising connection and transfer:
- "Interrupted" means bluetooth connection broke during transfer from Senstone the phone. Usually it is a temporary state and once connection is re-established, this state goes back to "receiving" (or "recording"). But in some cases transfer is not re-established and this state is stuck. E.g. if you performed factory reset when Senstone was disconnected. We are debugging other cases and welcome any feedback
- "Pending" means phone is waiting for internet connection to upload files to internet. Sometimes there's a glitch and files get stuck in this state while there's internet - in this case simply turn internet on or off, or kill the app in iPhone - that should help
- "receiving" or "recording": this is a rare case which shouldn't happen. Means the transfer was lost for unknown reasons. These do happen still, although rarely, but we're pursuing them so we welcome any feedback on these.
To remove these "notes in progress" fastest way for now is to log out and log back in to the app. Alternative is to remove the app completely, reinstall it and log back in. All your records will be kept, but notes in progress will be empty.
